The Digium TE435B 4-port board supports 96 (T1/J1) or 120 (E1) simultaneous calls. The board is designed for Asterisk and provides the user with exceptional digital communication quality. The Digium TE435B board is combined with the VPM128 echo cancellation module.

TE435B boards are a new line of boards for 4 E1 streams. Unlike the previous generation, the boards have a height of 2 units, the problem with jitter that appeared when using some models of motherboards has been eliminated, and the boards are equipped with lightning protection. The TE435B board operates in T1/E1/J1 modes, which is determined by a switch (jumper), while each port can operate in its own mode, which makes it possible to use the Digium TE435B card as a translator between equipment of different types, and also makes it possible to connect inexpensive channel banks for connecting analog communication lines of medium and high density. The Digium TE435B board supports 96 (T1 / J1) or 120 (E1) simultaneous calls. The Digium TE435B board is compatible with existing software and hardware, and fully integrates with the Asterisk IP-PBX/IVR platform for IP telephony (VoIP). Using PCI bus mastering technology allows to reduce the load on the central processor and increase the productivity of the input-output subsystem, and also allows to increase the density of placement of boards in the PBX. Digium TE435B supports industrial telephony and data transmission standards, such as ISDN PRI (American & Standard Euro), PPP, Cisco, HDLC, Frame Relay with the ability to work both as terminal equipment (TE) and as a network terminal (NT). The Digium TE435B board is combined with the VPM128 echo cancellation module. VPM128 uses the G.168 algorithm, noted for its record ratio of performance to echo cancellation quality.
