Digium TE420B : 4 ISDN PRI paths (4 x E1), support T1, E1, J1, PCI-Express 3.3V slot, with echo compensation module VPMOCT128.
The Digium TE420B card will support up to 120 channels of voice or data from several E1, T1 or J1 interfaces in the PCI Express form factor. By selecting per-port or per-card, the TE420B allows you to mix E1 and T1 with full channel synchronization. Always supporting PCIe x1, TE420 can be installed in any of the available PCIe v1.0 slots: 1x, x4, x8, and x16 without worrying about power supply, voltage selection or line size.
Digium TE420B is a TE420 circuit board, equipped with a Digiums VPMOCT128 Octasic echo compensator, a wiki-based DSP (Digital Signal Processor). VPMOCT128 uses the G.168 algorithm, which has clearly shown itself in the tests to have a latency of 128 ms (1024 outputs) across all 120 channels with E1 and all 96 channels with T1/J1.
The Digium TE420B is designed by Digium to be completely compatible with Asterisk Business Edition, AsteriskNOW and Asterisk with open source code. The TE420B supports industry standard telephony protocols, including American and European Primary Rate signaling, standard Robbed Bit, Channel Associated Signaling in addition to standard PPP, HDLC and Frame Relay data mode.
