Dialogic Gateway DMG4060DTI - Dual T1/E1

The DMG4060DTI is a “hybrid gateway” designed for Office Communications Server 2007's Mediation Server role, which is Microsoft's technology providing PSTN and PBX interoperability, high-fidelity VoIP, and security.

The Dialogic® 4000 Media Gateway Series (DMG4000 Gateways) is a suite of embedded systems designed to connect Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 to existing PBX systems and PSTN networks. Based on a standard rack-mount server running the Windows® Server 2003 R2 operating system, the DMG4000 Gateways are basic hybrid media gateways designed for Office Communications Server 2007 and therefore include the role of Mediation Server, which is Microsoft's technology interoperability, High-Fidelity VoIP, and security.

The DMG4000 Gateways has a familiar user interface, which minimizes Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reducing the need for operational and administrative training and special maintenance. When deciding, DMG4000 Gateways will copy the device numbers required to support Office Communications Server 2007, so that the minimum integration of Mediation Server to the Gateway changes hardware maintenance.

The DMG4000 Gateways consist of Dialogic® Diva® field protection boards and Dialogic® Diva® SIPcontrol™ Software in addition to Mediation Server software. These elements include the compact 1U Intel IP Network Server NSW1U, which features a high-end 64-bit Dual-Core Intel Xeon processor 5100 series, resulting in a system that can be installed in a standard data center. The DMG4000 Gateways also include Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for IP network connection, as well as a choice of two or four T1/E1 interfaces to the PSTN or PBX. These can connect to up to 120 channels of unified communications traffic between legacy networks and a IP network hosting Office Communications Server 2007.
