DrayTek Vigor2760 - router designed for broadband VDSL2 networks, supporting VPN, with 1 WAN port VDSL2/ADSL2+, 4 LAN ports Gigabit Ethernet and 2 USB 2.0 ports, it is ideal for home or small office, able to provide connection to your computer and other Internet-connected devices.
The DrayTek Vigor 2760 router is ideal for home or small office use. It can provide connection to your computer and other Internet-connected devices (laptops, tablets, game consoles, smartphones) via the router's built-in Gigabit ports. The DrayTek Vigor2760 is designed for broadband VDSL2 networks and also supports fixed ADSL2/2+ lines. The VDSL2 WAN port optimizes bandwidth for online gaming, audio and video streaming, file downloads and IP telephony, while 4 Gigabit LAN ports with auto-detection of cable type provide demanding applications on your home network. The DrayTek Vigor 2760 router's built-in firewall helps protect your network from external threats such as DDoS attacks, as well as filtering unwanted content, giving you complete control over what and when your local users can access and download from the Internet. Most of us still use IPv4 as the main Internet protocol, but IPv4 is outdated and has been replaced by a new protocol that is used less often. The DrayTek Vigor 2760 router already supports IPv6, which gives you the ability to use two protocols IPv6 and IPv4 at the same time, expanding the functionality of your network. DrayTek Vigor 2760 allows you to set restrictions on access to Internet sites, blocking the download of certain files or types of data, blocks certain websites on blacklists and provides access on whitelists. This feature is especially useful in a home where children need to be protected. Using DrayTek's GlobalView service, you can block entire categories of websites (such as gambling, adult sites, etc.) with an annual subscription to the GlobalView service, which is constantly updated with new or changed categories of sites or sites that have become a threat (such as infected with malware) without having to enter them manually. The DrayTek Vigor 2760 has two USB ports that can be used for a 3G/4G modem, flash memory, or printer for sharing. You can connect a 3G/4G USB modem to the DrayTek Vigor 2760 and use the cellular network as your internet connection. This can be your primary connection when your router cannot connect via your current ADSL line. You can use the DrayTek Vigor 2760 as a Network Attached Storage (NAS) storage. Which will allow you to store files for local and remote users (anywhere), which is ideal when you are on the move. You can also allow users to upload files, each remote user can have their own login, read-only or read-write, FTP access to a given directory.
