With the Polycom SoundPoint IP601 IP phone and up to three Sound Point IP Expansion Modules, you can reduce dropped calls, reduce call handling time, and improve routing accuracy with clear call pickup, forwarding, tracking, and monitoring.
The presence of a high-resolution LCD display showing calls and 14 multifunctional keys with indicators makes it easy to switch from regular telephony to VoIP.
Because it communicates and powers directly from the SoundPoint IP 601 main phone, the Sound Point IP Expansion Module requires no additional setup or installation, and no additional cables or power adapters are required.
