LifeSize Softphone is a modern software client for professional and high-quality video conferencing, which offers HD recording and built-in MCU functions. This software has a user-friendly interface, and also supports Full HD (1080p) format and advanced media encryption, providing collaboration of remote PC and Mac users in conditions of complete security. Lifesize Softphone is an open, standardized and interoperable software for desktop systems, thanks to which any user, regardless of their location, can take advantage of high-definition video communication. LifeSize Softphone provides excellent contact management capabilities using a convenient directory for one-click dialing, as well as built-in call management tools, with which users can put one or two calls on hold or transfer calls to continue communication. LifeSize Softphone is a good extension to classic room systems, which allows mobile users who are remote from each other to participate in video conferences. LifeSize Softphone allows video conferences with up to 3 participants. Because LifeSize Softphone is a standards-compliant solution, users can connect to any H.323 and SIP-enabled video system for a fully functional, versatile video collaboration experience. Users can connect from home offices, hotel rooms, and anywhere else, taking advantage of echo cancellation features that help in less-than-ideal listening environments. With the right PC, users get very good image quality with little bandwidth consumption. Standard webcams are supported; LifeSize Softphone can be installed on Windows and Mac OSX platforms.
