CyberData VoIP Ceiling Speaker - VoIP speaker from CyberData, based on SIP, powered over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af).
CyberData's VoIP Speaker is a SIP-based, powered-over-Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) VoIP room sound system that easily connects to an existing local area network with a single cable. The speaker is compatible with most SIP-based IP PBX servers that comply with SIP RFC 3261. In non-SIP environments, the speaker can stream audio CDs played to multiple addresses and port numbers. The speaker is powered over a standard Category 5 Ethernet cable, so no external power source is required. The speaker's small size and low height allow it to be mounted virtually anywhere.
Note: Speaker calculations are based on an uncluttered room with equal wall lengths. Long rooms such as hallways or cluttered rooms may require an additional ceiling speaker.
