The Jabra Supervisor 8800-02-01 cord connects two Jabra headsets via a Quick Disconnect connector and can be used for training purposes. It allows the supervisor to connect his headset to the conversation to listen to it. At the same time, the supervisor's microphone remains inactive.
The Jabra Supervisor Cord 8800-02-01 allows you to connect two Jabra Quick Disconnect headsets to a desk phone, but can also be used with softphones via LINK 230 and LINK 260, allowing the supervisor to engage in more complex customer conversations or conduct training.
For deployment in environments with newly installed softphones, Jabra recommends the LINK 265 USB Supervisor Solution. The supervisor microphone can be muted or unmuted using a button on the control module on the cable.
