The Linksys SPA400 is a voice gateway that allows you to connect up to 4 standard analog telephone lines to the Linksys Voice System (LVS) VoIP connection and can provide additional voice mail. The SPA400 connects analogue telephone lines and automatically routes calls from established PSTN telephone services. Developed for the implementation of the LVS IP telephony system, the SPA400 voice gateway allows business users to limit access to the capabilities available only on an expensive PBX.
The SPA400 also includes a voicemail add-on that supports up to 32 accounts with configured privacy notifications, allowing users to select LVS, receive and program voice notifications Linksys IP phones.
The SPA400 voice gateway has 4 RJ-11 FXO ports for connecting to PSTN and 1 10/100 BaseT RJ-45 Ethernet interface for connecting to a local IP interface. With its compact size, the SPA400 is ideal for small business use of VoIP and PSTN communications services.
