In addition, the microphone holder is on a movable mount and, if necessary, can simply be moved away from the face. The extended frequency range allows the headset to transmit an exceptionally clear, natural voice of the subscriber, avoiding ambiguities between the operator and his interlocutor due to a poor signal. The headset pads are 5.5 cm in diameter and are made of soft artificial leather. Thanks to the movable design and soft pad, the headset earphone fits completely to the auricle, without creating discomfort for the user. Like other professional headsets, the Plantronics HW291N has a Quick Disconnect connector that allows you to disconnect the headset without interrupting the telephone connection, and can be connected directly or using appropriate Plantronics adapters to any telephone equipment in contact centers and offices.
