The Konftel 300IP conference phone connects to VoIP lines via the SIP protocol. The phone is equipped with advanced functions that make conference calls more efficient. For example, it is possible to record and store meeting recordings on an SD memory card. Thanks to the conference call setup wizard, you can call pre-programmed groups of subscribers by pressing a few keys. The web interface makes it easy to import and export contact data. The personal user profiles function allows each user to create their own phone book (up to 1000 entries).
The Konftel 300IP is also ideal for conferences with a large number of participants, as it can be connected to external microphones, a wireless headset, and a speakerphone system.

Internet Protocol SIP
The Konftel 300IP conference phone can be connected to both an IP telephony PBX and directly to the provider's network. The phone is based on the SIP protocol (RFC 3261) and is compatible with most SIP platforms on the market. To simplify the connection, the Konftel 300IP supports power over Ethernet (Power over Ethernet function).
Making 5-way conference calls
The Konftel 300IP is capable of supporting four simultaneous SIP connections. It is also possible to combine these SIP connections to create a 5-way conference.
User profiles
Up to four users can save their settings and personal contact details, which are displayed on the display after entering the password to log in.
Recording a call to a memory card
The Konftel 300IP supports the call recording function on the SD memory card installed in the device, which allows you to save telephone conversations and dictate notes to the file. The contents of the memory card can be read on a personal computer, which allows users to listen to, save and exchange audio files.
Connecting a wireless headset
When a wireless headset is connected to the Konftel 300IP, the sound from the headset and the telephone is simultaneously transmitted to other subscribers. This function is convenient for lectures, presentations or seminars, when the speaker needs additional freedom to move around the audience.
Conference Call Setup Wizard

Each user profile's phone book can store up to 1000 contacts. Contact data can be easily managed via the WEB interface.
