Digium AEX2400

24 port modular analog PCI-Express x1 3.3V card, no interfaces

The Digium AEX2400 board is a full-size twenty-port analog board for PCI Express that supports FXS and FXO interfaces (up to 24 ports in total) for connecting analog phones and analog telephone lines to IP-based PBX PC. AEX2400 is a PCI Express analogue of the Digium TDM2400P board. With the additional payment of Digium Wildcard AEX2400, open-source software Asterisk IP PBX and PC-based server, you can create a telephone exchange (PBX), which will support a variety of functions that are typical only for an expensive telephone communication skills for great companies.

The Digium Wildcard AEX2400 makes the VoIP telephony system even more attractive. With Digium X400M (4 FXO) and S400M (4 FXS) modules with TDM2400P board, a solution can be created that supports FXO and FXS telephone ports in any combination. To expand the scale of the solution, it is enough to add an additional AEX2400 board (or others) with the necessary set of modules.

The device allows the installation of a hardware echo suppression module VPMADT032, which significantly reduces the interference on the telephone server and moves the voice data in line with other software algorithms.

For operation of FXS modules installed on the AEX2400 board, one large 12V socket is connected to the life block. For work that does not include FXO modules, additional life is not required.

Deciphering the meaning of board models based on AEX2400: AEX24XYZ, where X means the number of 4-port FXS modules, Y means the number of 4-port FXO modules. The suffix 'B' denotes that the product is a set of boards and modules, and 'E' denotes that the set includes the VPMADT032 echo damping module.

The naming convention for the TDM2400 bundles is as follows: TDM24 XYB/E

• "TDM24" denotes that the card is TDM2400P
• " X " denotes the number of FXS modules
• " Y " denotes the number of FXO modules
• " B " indicates that this product is a bundle without Echo Cancellation .
• " E " indicates that this product is a bundle with Echo Cancellation
