Grandstream UCM6104 is a hybrid IP PBX for small and medium businesses (SMB).

Grandstream UCM6104 supports up to 45 simultaneous calls and 3 conference rooms for 32 participants, includes a device with support for 2 FXS ports and 4 FXO ports for switching with PSTN. The device is equipped with RJ45 ports with a throughput of 1 Gbps with PoE function (support for power over Ethernet).

Grandstream UCM6104 is a high-quality IP PBX from a well-known American manufacturer of VoIP and video equipment – Grandstream. Like all IP PBXs from the UCM61xx line, this model is equipped with two FXS ports designed to connect analog telephones, DECT phones or faxes. In addition, this IP PBX has four FXO ports, with which it can be connected to city telephone lines to receive and make city, long-distance and international calls. In addition to voice ports, Grandstream UCM6104 has two gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE power technology support, as well as a USB port and a slot for installing an SD card. The latter is designed to store recorded conversations and voicemail messages in the event that the built-in 4 GB memory is not enough.
