Grandstream GXE5028 is a high-performance IP PBX with data capabilities and advanced Quality of Service (QoS) for voice and/or video. Consolidate legacy PSTN trunks, analog phone ports, and fax machines with unlimited SIP trunking capabilities. In addition, Grandstream GXE5028 has a built-in Session Border Controller (SBC) for NAT/firewall traversal and secure communications. Built-in conference bridges that accommodate any combination of IP or PSTN calls using any codec (internal transcoding). Unified messaging, including voicemail to email, fax to email, and video to email (future). Fault tolerance and recovery from power and network failures; Built-in PoE (802.3af) support. Serving local emergency call routing in any circumstances. Automated discovery and configuration of IP phones, video phones, ATA terminal adapters and other endpoints for easy deployment. A wide range of PBX features including information, shared line presentation, call park and selection, call queue, automatic call distribution, call and paging override, group call, user-configurable peer-to-peer connection to a regional office. Hardware-accelerated encryption engine for SRTP and TLS security. Personal web portal to manage personal phones/calls, new or saved voice/fax/video messages for each user extension.
