Digium TE235 has a low-profile design, but by default comes with a 3U bracket (a metal bar on the back of the case). A 2U bracket 3244-00048 is purchased separately, if necessary. Digium TE235 digital boards now have increased protection against voltage surges, lightning protection, and are also free of the problem of inoperability at high PCI frequency jitter. 1TE235 uses PCI-E bus.
