The Digium TE410P board (Wildcard TE410P) is a representative of the next generation of Digium technology, which increases system productivity due to the bus management function. The Digium TE410P board supports E1, T1 and J1 middleware, providing the required interface for a specific port or for the entire board. This function allows you to change the signaling between the T1, E1 and J1 devices, which makes it possible to connect inexpensive T1 channel concentrators to the E1 paths. As a result, the Digium Wildcard TE410P board increases the speed of input-output by at least 10 times, the result is a significant reduction in the requirement of the central processor - allowing you to increase the number of boards on one server.
Digium has packaged the TE410P board with various versions of the Asterisk IP-PBX server. Also, the open-source payment driver code allows developers to continue working with the hardware, creating powerful programs for professional solutions. The addition of the IP-PBX Asterisk server, as well as the Digium hardware, disrupts the new IP-telephony standards in the telecommunications world. The TE410P board supports standard telephony and data protocols, including Primary Rate ISDN voice (standard American and European standards), as well as PPP, Cisco, HDLC, and Frame Relay for data transmission.
The TE410P board supports only a PCI slot with a voltage of 3.3 V. Therefore, such a slot is installed on all current motherboards and on 64-bit PCI architecture. The TE405P board is only compatible with a 5.0 U PCI slot.
