Digium TE405P : 4 lines ISDN PRI (4 x E1), support T1, E1, J1, PCI 5.0 V slot
The Digium TE405P board (Wildcard TE405P) is a representative of the next generation of Digium technology, which increases system productivity due to the bus management function. The TE405P board supports E1, T1 and J1 media, providing the required interface for a specific port or for the entire board as a whole. This function allows you to change the signaling between the T1, E1 and J1 devices, which makes it possible to connect inexpensive T1 channel concentrators to the E1 paths. As a result, the Digium TE405P (Wildcard TE405) board increases the input-output speed by at least 10 times, which results in a significantly lower CPU requirement - allowing you to increase the number of boards on one server.
Digium has packaged the TE405P board with various versions of the Asterisk IP-PBX server. Also, the open-source payment driver code allows developers to continue working with the hardware, creating powerful programs for professional solutions. The addition of the IP-PBX Asterisk server, as well as the Digium hardware, disrupts the new IP-telephony standards in the telecommunications world. From traditional PBXs to IP telephony gateways, solutions based on Digium products represent the evolution of telecommunications in a new world of global communications.
The TE405P supports standard telephony and data protocols, including Primary Rate ISDN voice (standard American and European standards), as well as PPP, Cisco, HDLC, and Frame Relay for data transmission.
The TE405P board supports only a PCI slot with a voltage of 5.0 V. The TE410P board only supports a 3.3 V PCI slot. Therefore, such a slot is installed on all current motherboards and on 64-bit PCI architecture.
