Sangoma A104E is a digital voice card with PCI Express interface for four E1 channels with support for CAS and ISDN PRI signaling systems.
The Sangoma A104E is a four-port version of Sangoma's AFT series of products designed to provide optimal voice and data processing over T1, E1 and J1 channels.
The Sangoma A104E supports up to 120 telephone connections, providing full-duplex data transmission over four T1, E1 or J1 channels at 8192 kbps.
Sangoma A104E board provides high-speed data transfer at 132 Mbps over PCI Express bus using FPGA and DSP processors to reduce CPU load in resource-intensive applications, such as software PBX/IVR. Sangoma A104E boards can be installed in any motherboards available on the market, they support correct distribution of interrupt resources with other PCI Express devices, so you do not need to worry about compatibility issues.
The Sangoma A104D and Sangoma A104DE cards, with Octasic® DSP hardware and certified echo cancellation algorithms, provide telco-grade echo cancellation and improved audio quality in public and private telephone systems.
Like other Sangoma AFT series products, the Sangoma A104E boards are field expandable, allowing you to take advantage of new hardware and software as it becomes available.

* T1/E1 stream and truncated T1/E1 stream, one HDLC channel per line.
* Full channel mode for operation in DS1 subchannel switching control mode. The Sangoma A104E card supports configurations of up to 124 64 kbps connections with Frame Relay, PPP or HDLC protocols. Timeslots can be combined to support truncated T1/E1/J1 streams in any combination.
— The binary signal stream can be used directly to support non-standard data line protocols, such as those with mono or bi-sync without bit alignment.
