Digium TE207P : 2 streams ISDN PRI (2 x E1), support T1, E1, J1, PCI 5.0V slot, with hardware echo compensation
The Digium TE207P board (Wildcard TE207P) contains a hardware echo suppression module based on the digital signal processing processor. The board supports interfaces E1, T1 and J1, which can be configured on the skin interface separately or on the entire board as a whole.
Digium TE207P (Wildcard TE207P) - this is shared by the market leader of the TE205P board and the new VPMOCT064M Octasic echo attenuation module, which is based on a digital signal processing processor. The TE207P board is the first dual-port digital board with hardware echo attenuation from Digium in the near future, and in the lighting industry of telecommunications in general. The new VPMOCT064M module allows users to quickly sense the “tails” of the signal up to 128 ms or (1024 peaks) with 64 channels in E1 mode or with 48 channels in T1/J1 modes. Moreover, this module uses all the advantages of Octasic Voice Quality Enhancement technology to ensure wonderful sound quality on all channels.
Digium has packaged the TE207P board with various versions of the Asterisk IP-PBX server. Also, the open-source payment driver code allows developers to continue working with the hardware, creating powerful programs for professional solutions. The addition of the IP-PBX Asterisk server, as well as the Digium hardware, disrupts the new IP-telephony standards in the telecommunications world. From traditional PBXs to IP telephony gateways, solutions based on Digium products represent the evolution of telecommunications in a new world of global communications.
The TE207P supports standard telephony and data protocols, including Primary Rate ISDN voice (North American and European standards), as well as PPP, Cisco, HDLC, and Frame Relay data transfer.
The TE207P board supports only a PCI slot with a voltage of 5.0 V. The TE212P board only supports a 3.3 V PCI slot. Therefore, such a slot is installed on all current motherboards and on 64-bit PCI architecture.
