The Avaya B179 conference phone includes microphones, a wireless headset, and a PA system. The phone can record calls to an SD card, export and import contacts using a user-friendly web interface, and create a conference directory for programming group calls using a personal user profile. It is ideal for larger conferences up to 30 square meters, as it can accommodate microphones for expansion, an external wireless headset, and a system for interfacing with personal digital assistants. The Avaya B179 is powered by PoE.
