Polycom Soundpoint IP 331 (SoundPoint IP331) is a SIP phone with 2-line support, which has excellent sound quality and a full range of IP telephony capabilities. Polycom Soundpoint IP 331 Soundpoint IP331 has two 10/100 Ethernet ports. The presence of two 10/100 Ethernet ports allows you to connect both a telephone and a computer to one switch port, which is very convenient and cost-effective, especially when it comes to organizing a workplace for call center operators. There is also the possibility of wall mounting.
Polycom Soundpoint IP 331 Phone The Soundpoint IP331 features a full-duplex speakerphone (IEEE 1329 Type 1) with Polycom's legendary Acoustic Clarity technology, which delivers superior audio quality and echo- and noise-free communication, as if you were talking to someone on the other end of the line.
The Soundpoint IP 331 is configured using an intuitive interface to use features such as call hold, call park, off-hook, call transfer and three-way conference, as well as more advanced features such as shared line, XHTML support and handling of different call types.
This IP phone is designed to make installation, configuration and modification as easy and efficient as possible. The phone is designed for desktop installation by default, it can be easily mounted on a wall without additional devices. Built-in IEEE 802.3af PoE support provides flexible deployment and cable savings. Polycom Soundpoint IP 331 (Soundpoint IP331) supports remote provisioning and updating from different types of servers: FTP, TFTP, HTTP or HTTPS. For reliable and uninterrupted operation, the phone supports provisioning from a boot and call server.
