Polycom Soundpoint IP 335 is a 2-line SIP phone with a high-resolution 102 x 33 pixel backlit LCD display and a dual-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch. The phone has an RJ-9 headset jack. Polycom Soundpoint IP 335 supports Polycom HD Voice™ technology, which makes the language clearer and more distinct. Therefore, the phone can be used not only by managers, but also by call center operators.

The Polycom Soundpoint IP 335 features a full-duplex speakerphone with Polycom's legendary Acoustic Clarity technology, which delivers superior sound quality and echo- and noise-free communication, as if you were talking to someone right next to you.

Built-in IEEE 802.3af PoE support provides flexible deployment and cabling savings. The Polycom IP 335 supports remote provisioning and updates of various server types: FTP, TFTP, HTTP or HTTPS.
